These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nobi Drive ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), officially hosted at https://nobidrive.pages.dev. By granting Google Drive authorization or accessing our platform, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Service & Cross-Service Access
When you grant Google Drive access to Nobi Drive, you acknowledge and agree that we may use your authorized access across our service ecosystem to provide file management and data sharing:
- Current Services: (1) The official web portal at https://nobidrive.pages.dev; and (2) Our official Telegram Bot for cloud file operations and management alerts.
- Upcoming Services: As we develop additional tools, integrations, and services, you will be duly informed of any new service utilizing your authorized Drive connection.
2. Mandatory Backups, System Vulnerabilities & AI Deletion Risks
🚨 Critical User Warning & Disclaimer of Data Loss
Duty to Maintain Backups: Our platform, software, and underlying integrations may contain bugs, defects, or vulnerabilities. You are strictly required to maintain independent offline backups of all data stored in your Google Drive.
Risks of Deletion or Sabotage: By using the Service, you explicitly understand and accept the risk that your data may be:
- Modified, corrupted, or sabotaged by third-party adversaries (whether targeting our infrastructure or your own accounts);
- Accidentally deleted or altered by our automated AI agents due to algorithmic hallucinations, prompt errors, edge cases, false positive classifications, or false negative moderation evaluations.
Secondary Account Requirement: You must connect using a dedicated secondary Google Drive account. Under no circumstances should your connected Drive contain sensitive personal data (e.g., phone numbers, residential addresses, private or intimate photos, bank credentials, or government identity documents).
3. Prohibited Content & Blacklist Moderation
Nobi Drive enforces a strict prohibited content policy. You agree not to store or share via our Service:
- Child Inappropriate Content & CSAM: Absolute zero tolerance. Any Child Sexual Abuse Material or child-inappropriate content will result in immediate service termination, account ban, and immediate reporting to law enforcement agencies.
- Piracy & Unauthorized Copyrighted Material: Unlawfully distributed copyrighted educational materials, digital books, software cracks, or pirated media.
- Adult & NSFW Content: Obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, or unlawful material.
If any prohibited material is detected, Nobi Drive reserves the absolute right to immediately and permanently revoke your access to our Service without notice.
4. Privacy-Preserving AI & Human Verification
To enforce our blacklist and protect the platform, files may be scanned and looked up by automated algorithms, AI agents, or authorized human reviewers.
🔒 Anonymization Guarantee
Whenever a file is inspected for blacklist verification, our proprietary anonymization algorithms decouple the file from user account identifiers. Reviewers only see the file content under evaluation and do not know whose account it belongs to.
5. How We Handle Your Files
- No Third-Party Sharing or Sale: We may use your files solely to deliver and execute our file management and sharing features. We will never sell, lease, or share your files with third parties.
- No Targeted Ads or Fingerprinting: We do not conduct personalized advertising, behavioral profiling, or device/browser fingerprinting.
6. Scam Prevention & No Social Media Channels
⚠️ Scam Warning & Impersonator Alert
No Paid Tiers: Currently, Nobi Drive is entirely free and does NOT offer any paid tiers, VIP access, or premium plans. Beware of any scams, fake messages, or third parties demanding payment in our name.
No Social Media Handles: Nobi Drive does NOT own or operate any official social media handles (such as on Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn). Do not trust accounts claiming to represent us on social platforms. All authentic updates are provided exclusively via our official website (nobidrive.pages.dev) and direct administrative email (admin@upsc.qzz.io).
7. Responsible Vulnerability Disclosure & Hall of Fame
We encourage security researchers and users to responsibly disclose any bugs or vulnerabilities discovered within our website or Telegram bot.

Reward Policy: While we are currently unable to provide monetary rewards, valid disclosures will be commemorated on our official Security Hall of Fame and granted early access to upcoming features and tools.
8. Compliance with Google Terms & Government of India Laws
Nobi Drive strictly obliges the Google Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use provisions.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NOBI DRIVE, ITS OPERATORS, AND AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ACCIDENTAL DELETION, AI ERRORS, SABOTAGE, SYSTEM OUTAGES, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
